This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use Vokey Vo (the "Application") and tells You about Your privacy rights.

    Anonymous Service: Vokey Vo does not require user registration or account creation to access its features. We do not collect or store your personal identity, such as your email address or name.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Application: refers to Vokey Vo.

Service: refers to the Application.

2. Collecting and Using Your Data

Types of Data Collected

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous information such as device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers to improve app performance.
Purchase Information: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store. We track your subscription status via an anonymous ID to provide Pro features.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing

To provide our core AI features, we utilize the Google Gemini API.

We send your text-based prompts to Google's servers for real-time processing.
Because our app is login-free, no personal identity (email/name) is attached to these prompts.
Your interactions are used for immediate response generation and are not stored by us for model training purposes.

4. User Generated Content (Arena & Battles)

    Safety & Zero Tolerance Policy: Even without a login system, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content.

Reporting & Blocking: Users can report or block any content/user that violates our community standards via the in-app tools.
24-Hour Action: We commit to reviewing reports and removing objectionable content or offending users within 24 hours.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are linked to your Apple ID. Your payment information is subject to Apple's privacy policy. You can restore your purchases on any device using the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" button in the app.

6. Data Deletion (Account & Profile)

Although no traditional account is created, Vokey Vo provides a "Delete Account" (or "Clear All Data") feature within the Application settings.

Effect of Deletion: Upon selecting "Delete Account," all locally stored data, user preferences, and the anonymous identifier associated with your device will be permanently removed from our active records.
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered, and any Pro entitlements may need to be restored via your Apple ID.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
