    Agreement to Terms: By downloading or using Vokey Vo, these terms automatically apply to you. You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service.

1. Description of Service

Vokey Vo is an AI-powered social entertainment application operated by MABER LIMITED. We use Google's Gemini AI to assist users in generating creative text responses and participating in interactive social features like "Arena" and "Battles".

2. No Account Registration

Vokey Vo is designed for immediate use and does not require a traditional account registration or login. Your preferences and subscription status are linked to your Apple ID and a unique anonymous identifier on your device.

Data Deletion: Although no manual login is required, you can reset your profile or wipe all locally stored data and anonymous identifiers at any time via the "Delete Account" or "Clear Data" button in the Application settings.

3. Subscriptions & Billing (Apple App Store)

We offer "Pro" features through auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management & Cancellation: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
Restore Purchase: If you reinstall the app or change devices, use the "Restore Purchase" button to reactivate your Pro status linked to your Apple ID.

4. AI Content & User Responsibility

Vokey Vo utilizes third-party AI (Google Gemini). You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or offensive. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any AI-generated output.
Ethical Use: You agree not to use the generated content for harassment, bullying, or any form of malicious communication. You are solely responsible for your interactions.

5. User Generated Content (UGC) & EULA

For interactive features (Arena & Battles), you must comply with our safety standards (Standard Apple EULA):

Zero Tolerance: There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violent content.
Reporting & Blocking: We provide in-app tools to report and block users. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to the service within 24 hours of a violation report.
Liability: MABER LIMITED is not responsible for content posted by users but will take immediate action to maintain a safe environment.

6. Intellectual Property

The "Vokey Vo" name, logos (including the lightning bolt), Hermes Orange visual identity, and all proprietary code are the property of MABER LIMITED.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MABER LIMITED and Apple Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Application. This Service is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes only.
